Like anything, we can learn to love the things we don't love (yet). Not for the sake of loving it but to give us a chance to actually love it or have valid facts about why we don't. You see, this is so much more than a running challenge; it's research work.
Who are you?
When "sh*t hits the fan," you rather find out on the run than in a job or relationship - something you genuinely care about. This is more than running; this is life-changing...1,2,3, run!
For the last 3 years, I ran over 4,000km training for Ironman distance triathlons and marathons.
This is an average of 111km per month and 28km per week; while there are many things I don't know, there are some things I learned along the way. And I'm ready to teach you, so you don't need to run 4,000km, sparing you some sweat, blisters, and couple of running shoes!

While I'm proud of all my races, I couldn’t care less about my physical achievements as a stand-alone; they mean nothing to me. Yes, I can do a marathon – well done – but this isn’t necessarily changing my happiness, relationships, or any other area in my life.
No number of external achievements will ever satisfy the soul. It’s what you do with it, the momentum and skillset, trained so hard – where will it go?
This is about change, about transformation – it’s just one tool to shape you into that person you need to be to get what you want.
