Vicky & Heinke

 Vicky is a nutrition consultant, yoga teacher and former nurse specialising in digestive health and sports nutrition. She supports individuals and amateur athletes in exceeding their goals and living life to the full! If not on the bike, she's training for the upcoming Hyrox competition in the UAE.  


Heinke is a passionate Ironman triathlete and coaches teams on sales performance & leadership. Going the extra mile, achieving ambitious goals by cultivating a winning mindset. Her next goal is a 100 miler; if not running, you'll find her nibbling some chocolate, keeping life in balance.

  • Sunset yoga stretching & mobility session
  • Morning gratitude with a little bit of core
