The easiest way to change your state (mood) is to change your body by physically breaking the pattern through movement.
Why is this important? Being in a great mood? Having high energy?
If you feel great, first of all, you feel great. Secondly, you make much better decisions, and of course, you have energy.
You'll need energy to execute your strategy, find solutions and achieve your goals.
Change your thinking - change your life.
What's causing the stress, the bad mood or low energy? 😅
Not who? That's clear, it's you.

✅ Your MEANING.
It's training; in the same way, you train the body, you also train the mind: WITH repetition.
Goals are super powerful as they give direction and motivation; just by setting goals - you outperform most people.
Great goals are stretch goals:
You're motivated, inspired or simply in a good mood. Nothing can stop you...
Until your mood shifts from motivated to stressed, empowered to scared, or optimistic to frustrated.
How much value has your strategy now? Always start with your state (mood).
So, how do you actually feel most of the time?
Are those words empowering? Motivating? Is it in alignment with where you want to go?
It starts in your head: Self-Talk.
Do you speak kind and loving words to yourself? Or are you highly critical?
Then, what are the words your using daily to talk to others or describe your goals?
